It's important to take time away from your devices to unwind
The Fifth Army is spreading across the nation… c'mon troops, keep up the recruiting! Together, let's take over the country and paint this map red.
You can join the Fifth Army in three different ways – go solo, create your own regiment or join an existing regiment. You'll then go through some basic training before starting to complete missions in the lead up to the day of action on March 28.
Complete missions and learn more about mental health issues, stats, warning signs and how to help yourself or a friend. The more missions you complete, the more points you earn and the further you climb up the leaderboard.
Day of Action
Your final mission will be to bring the Fifth Army movement to life on Friday 28 March. Do something small for yourself, a friend or a stranger or think BIG and rally the troops to organise a Day of Action event at your school or workplace.
Plus there'll be official Fifth Army events and activities across the country you can be part of.
What will you do to take action?
